Your time is lost and confidence eroded. The work now needs a rework. An unnecessary re-assignment of time, useable effort and money....on the same project.
It's pure labour loss. Complete waste of resources.
But there is a better way to engage. An option to do it once and for all. Or even for life (depending on your mileage).
You pay for life time value. High price (now) but less cost (on the long run).
More often than not, to deal for cheap is not a very strategic move.
You deserve better.
